Program

The SMS messaging program (the “Program”) is operated by Shelton Labs LLC (“Shelton Labs,” “we,” “us”) in connection with our software product, Aigency, which helps contractor and home-service businesses communicate with their customers and leads. By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions.

Program description

The Program sends conversational and transactional text messages related to the services a participating business offers and to any inquiries you’ve submitted. Typical message types include:

• Lead follow-up after an inquiry or web form submission.
• Estimate and quote scheduling.
• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Service-related communication (status updates, questions about your job, customer care).

How to opt in

You may opt in by submitting your mobile number through a web form, providing it during a phone or in-person interaction with a participating business, or by texting in to a number associated with the Program. By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number you provided is yours and that you’re authorized to receive messages at that number.

Message frequency and rates

• Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with us.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Check with your mobile carrier for details on your specific plan.

Opt-out and help

You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to opt out and you will no longer receive messages from the Program. For help, reply HELP or contact us at brenden@sheltonlabs.ai.

Carrier and delivery disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and is outside of our control. Supported carriers may change from time to time without notice.

Eligibility

The Program is intended for U.S. residents aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree not to provide a mobile number that isn’t yours or that you’re not authorized to use.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued participation in the Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
