This SMS Privacy Policy explains how Shelton Labs LLC (“Shelton Labs,” “we,” “us”) handles information collected through our text messaging program operated in connection with our software product, Aigency, which helps contractor and home-service businesses follow up with leads, schedule estimates, send appointment reminders, and communicate with their customers. This policy supplements our general privacy practices and applies specifically to SMS/MMS communications.

When you interact with our SMS program, we may collect:

• Contact and request details you provide (for example, the service you’re interested in, your address or service area, and notes about the job).
• Appointment-related information such as preferred times, scheduling confirmations, and reminders.
